At Forest Millwork, we take pride in our ability to complete even the most complicated job accurately and on schedule.  We are able to do this partly because of the work we do "up front" in the estimating phase of the project.  Below please find a partial list of things that we do to "grease the wheels" in an attempt to make your job as a GC easier:

-- On large projects we submit a scope sheet at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled bid time.

-- We work with GC's to produce reasonable value engineering options.  This extra work up front can save the customer money while not compromising the integrity of the overall project.  This step is especially helpful in negotiated work.

-- As a fully qualified pre-finishing firm, we often bid our packages pre-finished; however, we realize that sometimes a site finisher is more cost effective and therefore will offer a deduct or an add for finishing as requested.
